How much improvement should I expect?

How much improvement should I expect?
I finally started to bite the bullet and shell out some cash for upgrades. '05 WRX Wagon. This is my daily driver, which I take 30+ miles each way to work.
So far all I've done is get the car lowered (Eibach Pro Kit) and some new wheels (17" O.Z. Superleggeras) and tires (215/45/17 Falken Azenis).
I have a TurboXS stealthback and Prodrive axleback on order, as well as a TurboXS UTEC. I've scheduled a couple of hours for dyno tuning.
About what should I expect in terms of power gains? Any other suggestions that would be reasonable for a daily driver?

I would recommend getting an up-pipe as well.
With an catless up-pipe you should get about 180-200 hp at the wheels depending on tune.
I'm not sure how much a stock up-pipe would make those numbers drop.

It's right around that number. Lots of loss huh?!

On the good side - that means I should be hauling *** at 180 to the wheels...

OK, assuming 165whp stock, it sounds like I should expect to see around ~185-195 or so with the full TBE and tuning (TurboXS UTEC and 2 hours of dyno tuning).
Does that sound about right?
I checked out gruppe-s's site, but they list bhp and I'm still not solid on what the ratio is for whp:bhp.
