I have it mated to an HKS downpipe and I love it. There were zero fitment issues and it sounds bad ***. Awesome power gain as well. I'd say go for it.
Oh yeah, it's also 50 state legal (but not the downpipe).

It has a nice deep rumble during idle and for sure turns heads when you open it up. I like it because it doesn't make your car sound like a ricer, it keeps the nice deep boxer sound all the way through till redline. It's also not too loud cruising on the highway either.

Here's a pic from the side, sorry about the angle. I also have a Perrin Gen. III uppipe, Sti injectors, Walbro fuel pump, MRT cold air intake, Blitz blow off valve, VF22 turbo, Greddy E-Manage, Blitz SBC boost controller with the power meter id, Samco hoses, and a custom intercooler spray kit.

It turns heads as well, it's pretty f*ckin loud. Blitz makes nice stuff. I think what everyone is saying about air intakes and bov's is a bunch of bullsh*t. Ive had them both on my car for a year and have had no problems. The air intake might not have made power for me, but it definately didn't take any power away. If you get one though, get a short ram. Less worries with water ingestion.
