at wot, when i'm in 3rd gear approaching 15psi i get a really bad fluttering noise. kinda sounds like it's coming from the bov. any ideas? what's weird is, boost will still climb to 19psi. almost sounds like the bov is intermittently venting. it's weird.
NOTE: i'm not talking about wastegate flutter noise when throttle is released. so please no replies about that.

my current setup is a cobb 2.5

that won't do anything. spring adjustment only changes how easily the valve opens when throttle is let off. nice try.
anyways i figured it out. i had a leaky intercooler hose. cheap gp moto hoses. i went with the perrin. all fixed.
