Exclamation HELP! low boost, possible related to horn?

Hi i just bought my 2002 WRX with 58k on it last week and i love it. Last night however i installed a boost gauge, only to find out im only running 4psi!! the gauge is hooked up to the blow off valve line which is directly ported to the manifold so it should be giving me an acurate reading. now i have checked and i do still have the brass pill that is in the hose comming out of the turbo. now also i keep blowing the horn fuse. i even put in a 30 amp fuse at the dealership to set my remote and that blew. so obiously there is a problem in that circuit, could it be related to my low boost? please any advise you could give me would be great!

if u only had 4 pounds your car would be a dog. you prob have a kink or leak in your signal line. retrace the length of the line and go from there. as for the horn problem in no way shape or form would those two be related. unplug the horn and see if the fuse still pops. if not u prob have a shorted horn. if it keeps poping move farther up the circuit. electrical diag is a process of elimination. but those two are def. not related. btw big no no going to a higher amperage fuse, especially on a circuit that is shorting. easy way to burn stuff up

well the car did feel like a complet dog. it really was 4psi. as for the problesm yes i did end up having a bad horn. but the boost prblem had sevreal reasons why it was so low. first the car has 59k on it and the turbo is completly shot. it moves 2.5 mm so it would walk back and for preventing a full spool up. second i think it has the wrong impeller installed from the factory. there is almost and 1/8 inch around all fins and the housing along with rounded corners. here is pics

the middle two are the old turbo. so that made it spool almot 1000 rpms faster and creat about 6 psi( about stock wastegat levels) and the final pice of the puzzle was the stock wastegate solenoid. so after all that my head aches have stoped for the most part and my car is fast!
