Help, high underhood temps.
I have been doing big work to my car and decided I should log some underhood temps.
Before I had any work done, I had a max temp of less than 170 degrees, that occured after shutting the car down and letting it sit in the hot (100+ degrees) sunshine.
With the car running, my underhood temps rarely exceeded 130 and generally, as long as I did 25+ mph, they usually ran below 100 degrees or about 10 degrees hotter than ambient air.
Now my car is a monster, as long as the underhood temps are below 100. Car still drives well with underhood temps to 140. When underhood temps get above 140, my car doesn't drive as well. In the winter I won't expect this to be a problem, but in the hot summer days it is.
Q: Anyone know of any ways to cool out underhood temps?
Note: EGT's are at or below 1500, tapped off of cylinder #3

No exhaust parts are wrapped.
Air intake is stock.
