Besides taking pictures, which size of bolt did you finally used? No lathe at home, does it mean we won't be able to find anything to go into the hole?

What is the benefit for locking the subframe to the car? Just a more solid feel?

How much power is gained by running an open exhaust?
I was thinking just for ****s and giggles about making a downpipe that goes up through the hood and to the right.
Maybe put a flame thrower kit in it and shoot flames by the passanger window.

I only saw a mbc that was $45.50 shipped

They had an air/fuel meter for $60 that I liked but... excludes compatibilty with the wrx!

Anywhere else?

Please tell us more about the throttle body and the sub-frame bolts.

Is this simply porting the throttle body?

Ravens blade did a how to for the sub frame lock kit...

you can order the official suby part for about $25 subaruwrxparts.com sells them....

from what I heard it improves handling performace enormously but it makes for a pretty rough ride... something to stick in on race day and take back out for daily driving.

and you think that's accurate? autometer is quality **** but even that's not very accurate. wideband 02 is the way to go.. or nothing at all.

Lets see this thread is talking about cheap mods.

Get me one of the wideband O2's cheap and I'll be all over it.

a cheap gauge is certainly better than no gauge.

BTW Autometer is quality?? Not in my experience!

By TB mod, are you talking about removing the heater lines? If so, consider relocating or isolating the header tank (sits on right intake runners). It heats up the manifold PLENTY.
