Eh, gutting your cats is not such a great idea. The air turbulence caused from exhaust gases tumbling in the gutted-out chamber is very bad for performance and durability. It's especially bad on our turbos too, let alone some ricer's Civic. It's like the equivalent of cutting springs to lower your car. Not trying to rain on your parade Shifty, but I felt compelled to say something
Oh, and while I'm at it, do not poke holes into your intake manifold no matter what!

Yes, gutted cats are bad. If someone is going to do that (Not telling you to break a federal law) But, take the cat off, bust up the insides of it with a screwdriver or any other type object. Shake out all the juck that comes out. Find a nice exhaust pipe that fits just inside the cat from end to end. Weld it in. Reattach cat.

Ya, the headlights mod looks great...I am going to paint my stock rims with the graphite duplicolor wheel paint, and I used that paint to do my headlight mod with, looks good, more of a gun metal / tinted look to the lens than just straight up flat black.
Foglight mod - Just doing a little rewiring so that the foglights work with just the parking lights and also with the brights on. I can post instructions if you like. Another free mod - pull the DRL module.

Oh and Shifty, bet ya didn't know that some crazy Civic/Integ kids punch holes into their intake manifolds to supposedly increase airflow into the engine. Crazy ricers!
