Exhaust, Flowmaster
I bought me a Flowmaster Original 40 Series, 2.5" inlet offset - 2.5" outlet center.
Later this week I will have it put on. I guess I am going from the cat back 2.5".
Any opinions?
I will let you know what I think.

Flowmaster
I had my Flowmaster put on yesterday.
It is the 40 series original, We took out the resonator, 2.5" from the cat back. It has a nice deep sound at idle, not very loud going fast, 2nd 3rd gear the sound is good but kinda of flat sounding.
I am think about getting rid of the last cat. What do you guys think?
The muffler was 85 and 150 for the install.

Would it be too much to ask for pics of the new exhaust section? Just wondering how it fits underneath the car. Was the shop able to use the stock hangers?

i just bought the flowmaster exhaust built for the WRX. it's an axleback system......and it fits perfectly. all the hangers line up perfectly.......and it sounds good too. it's a 40 series so it's pretty good sounding. it was 240 bucks, and if you're able to twist a wrench and pull rubber hanger off the old pipe the install will take you about 20 minutes. very good stuff. i'm gone for the weekend but i'll get some pics on monday!!!! later, riggs
