EWG setup

Hi guys, this might sound like a noobie question. I want to hear from the ones that are already running ewg setups. But what's the best downpipe design to go with running the ewg? (Bellmouth, Divorced, etc) I'm going to weld the flapper closed on the turbo of course and I just want to get the best benefit. I currently have a catted open bellmouth downpipe. Thanks again i-club

The divorced design is to minimize the exhaust gas turbulence after the turbo. But since you're welding the internal wastegate shut, there won't be turbulence so I don't think it would matter.

Is your EWG vent gas to the atmosphere? Or you have a pipe to divert the gas back to the downpipe?

The exhaust gas will vent into the atmosphere. I'll be using Grimmspeed's EWG up-pipe/dump tube on a 38mm Tial Wastegate. Thanks for the info.
