EJ20 specs
i can't, for the life of me, find any detailed specs on the 1995 J-spec WRX EJ20. I have found some good info on spec C RA and various other sti models on raven's blade, but not plain old WRX. Someone told me that the engine is a closed deck design same as ver 3 sti, but i don't know much else -rod ratio? compression ratio? turbo? dyno charts? transmission ratios? will it run without detonation on 93 octane fuel?
BTW There should be a sticky thread that lists information about all subaru engines on this website. So that is is all in one spot and easy to find. Seems like a common question.

EJ20G "A type" WRX
HP/rpm: 236.64/6000
TQ/rpm: 225.06/5000
deck type: closed deck
displacement: 1994cc
bore: 92cm
stroke: 75cm
compression ratio: 8.5:1
piston type: cast aluminum
turbine type: MHI TD05
boost pressure: 11.6 psi
Apperently it makes that power on 100RON J-spec fuel which is equivalent to about 95.8PON US-spec fuel.
does anyone know how long the con rods are?
And a dyno chart would just be the berries if such a thing exists.
