Question dp cel and limp mode?

anyone know if the cel from having a catless dp puts the car in "limp home" mode?
the reason i ask is because im gonna install a dp in a couple days and there was a mistake on my delivery so i didnt get the cel fix. im kinda pressed for time so i was wondering if i drive the car around with a cat innefficiency cel will i still get full power?

you will not go into "limp mode" with a CEL from a downpipe, it only puts you into limp mode when the problem is a little more extreme.

would overboosting your car with a mbc put your car into limp mode? if so how do you fix that?
