Cheapest/safest Way To 13s???
what would be the cheapest path to low 13s? No Nitrous, no removing the complete exhaust system, etc etc etc, In other words it has to be pretty much legal. And no slicks or something. I think we all want to know the answer to this is.
Whats the easiest and cheapest way that will definetly provide results? Any specific custom 'Stages' you guys have put together relatively cheaply with results like this? The bottom line is performance for price.
I mean, an inexspensive exhaust, possibly custom, or by borla or something, Prob 2.5 so as to not lose any low end for negligable high end.
What are the best up and down for the price? Gruppe-s and the HKS seem really cheap, will i the outcome be sh!tty?
I also dont feel like getting the utec tuned every mod i get so i would rather go with a learning ecu like the prodrive or something,,,, and suggestions?!?! would it be possible to run the stocker safely? what electronics do i need to run the stock ecu effectively and safely??

Vishnu Stage 2 +intercooler or TXS stage 4 kit. Getting your car dyno tuned would be a big plus. Lots of guys out here in Hawaii in the 13's. So far only one in the 12's. He's got a Shiv-tuned psuedo-TXS setup. Essentially a Stage 4 with VF-23.

I think you have the UTEC confused with the Unichip or the ECUTEK. The UTEC you can tune with a laptop or a palm pilot. The Unichip/ECUTEK you have to send back to the dealer everytime you change something. You can also run different maps for race gas, valet mode, etc. Great unit. If you want mid twelves I would highly recommend the TXS UTEC stage IV.
