CEL codes

These are my codes from last week, prior to Tim clearing them for me. About 2 days after, the CEL came back.

I haven't had a chance to recheck why the CEL came back, yet.

Thoughts?

P0037 Rear oxygen sensor heater circuit malfunction

P0335 Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction

P0457 Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (gross leak) (I think that this was for leaving gas cap open - doh!)(appears 2 times)

P0546 Exhaust gas temperature sensor circult high input (appears 2 times)
