EXHAUST LEAK! Please help

hey i just installed my buschur 3'' catback. I know there has to be a leak because the exhaust is moving and obviously not air tight even though the bolts are as tight as they can be. Am i missing a gasket? I had a greddy evo before and dont remember seeing a gasket. Sorry im pretty much a newbie but need help! everything else is stock

i got all kinds of exhaust gaskets lying around, send me a pic of the bolt pattern at the end of that catback and i'll see if i got one for you no charge just s/h from fairbanks, ak ssulliv6@yahoo.com

can you be more specific as to what the problem is? it looks ok from the pics. if your really worried go to a muffler shop and buy a donut gasket. they are pretty cheap.

Lotsa people have catback leaks. Use some extra washers if you wanna keep the original nuts and bolts and cinch it down more. Washers are your friends

ive got the stock springs that are missing from the pic and i got some new bolts. Would that be enough or do i need gaskets? I dont really want to go to subaru to buy gaskets cus they will probably rip me off. Any ideas where to get them or are they not even needed?

Looks like you are using the donut ring that was used to with your stock downpipe and stock exhaust right? Didn't you get an exhaust gasket with your exhaust? When I installed my EVO exhaust to my stock downpipe I didn't not use that donut ring. I used the gasket that came with the exhaust and the nuts and bots that came with the exhaust also.
