cat less vs. cat
does anyone know a ball park power difference between a cat less d.p vs. one with a high flow cat? i do not want a cel light so i thought it would be better to go with one with a high flow cat. i read that the resistor that stops cel lights does not work in all cases.

You may get a cat related CE light from a downpipe with a hiflow cat as well.
I would guess the power difference is roughly 5hp from a catless downpipe to a quality hi-flow cat in the downpipe (but I haven't dyno'd any to be sure).
For me I went with the cat in the downpipe as the first and third cats were being eliminated in my car anyway and I wanted to have at least one for random visual inspections and so I don't feel like I am destroying the environment with my emissions
