not to sure if this fits in this forum, but here it goes anyway. I recently installed a invidia cat-back(about 5/3) and when ever i drive long distance a really bad burning smell comes out of my exhaust. the smell depends on how far i drive, the farther i drive the stronger and more stink the smell gets? my friend has told me that its the packing inside of the exhaust that is burning, and that the exhaust is surrposed to do that, but i dont think it woul last this long. Any suggestiond or answers as to way it does this?

I remember last year reading in SCC magazine that their Supersprint exhaust emitted a burning smell for awhile. Did you contact the vendor? Sometimes new parts are shipped with a cosmoline protectant to prevent oxidation during shipping.
