BPM twister flange locations
I have the bpm twister exhaust but i no longer have my stock exhaust. I was wondering if the cat was still in the same location? basically i'm trying to figure out if it's possible to keep the down pipe to cat and just swap out for another catback exhaust. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Yes, its possible, but it will take some custom exhuast work to keep the cat and use the bpm downpipe, since the cat is placed right after the downpipe; The bpm high-flow cat is actually bolted onto the midpipe. You will have to cut off the cat from the midpipe and attach it to your catback.
On my suby, I have the opposite of what you are trying to do - invidia downpipe with bpm twister catback. I kept the highflow cat but I had to go to a exhaust shop to modify the flanges to be able to use the cat. To make the bpm catback bolt-on to the Invidia v2 downpipe, modification (i.e. exhaust cutting to be shorter) was needed because the length of the back of the downpipe and to the midpipe were different.
If you get a jdm-length exhaust, like zerosports or fujitsubo, you might be able to bolt on the bpm downpipe directly (without using the cat) since the bpm catback is probably the same length (I havent compared but that is what it looked like when I was modifying my bpm catback)
