Unhappy Boost spike question

I have started to notice that my boost is not acting normal. When I drive normaly (shifting around 3K-4K) my boost is fine. But once I gun it, my boost will jump as high as 20psi and then back down to 10psi and this it keep doing that until I let off the gas. Can anyone provide me with so insight so I can go about fixing this problem.

Mods on the car:
Cobb Accessport: running the VF34 91 oct map, VF34 turbo, STi Injectors, Walbro Fuel Pump, Helix up/down pipe, GReddy EVO exhaust, Perrin Turbo Inlet hose, Worx BOV and K&N air filter.

Any help and info is greatly appreciated.
