Blitz DTT DCII or FATT DCII?
first of all, sorry if this might be the wrong location for this question, but, anyone like either better?
other than the 40 bucks or so in difference, is it a wash? (even with some different features)
Thanks ahead of time.

I too went with the DTT ($160 with harness). I didn't pay to have it installed, I installed it myself in about 45 minutes.
If you decide on it and need any help with the install, feel free to PM or email me.

thanks for the information. I actually have some install instructions already printed up from NASIOC by a guy named Chewy-WRX, and those seem to make the most sense to me.
once again, thanks. Like the boost guage idea (DTT) better than an in-cabin thermometer (FATT).

The Blitz Dual TT is cool. I installed mine about 2weeks after I got my car. I got it from Modified Toys in San Jose for $140 shipped w/ harness. That seemed like the best price I could find. Otherwise, some guy on Nasioc is sellin his for $130 I think. Oh yea, the boost reads in hkpa, so you'll have to do some quick convesions in your head to figure out your boost in psi. Basically, 1.00 on the Dual TT is about 14.5psi.

Yea, within the 1st week I had already swapped out my stock wagon rear sway bar for the sedan one (17mm Vs. 20mm). In the next couple of months (I hope) I will have the turbo XS stealthback mated to a custom Magnaflow axleback. Then I'm looking to get an up pipe, and probably a Cobb reflash. For the time being, I'm running a version of the "pulled hose" mod, which should suffice for now. I used to drive an Integra GS-R which after spending countless dollars on just the intake, headers, exhaust, was barely any faster than it was stock. Got to love these turbo cars where even a couple hundred bucks spent wisely can literally drop a second or more from your 1/4mi times. I almost got a used Mercedes ML320 instead of my '03 wagon....What was I thinking?!

Yea, they are. But I've never heard of any US made BMW's having problems like those Alabama made MBZ's. If you look at the forums for the MBZ ML's, you'll see lots of people complaining about them which is what turned me off. That, and they are dogs when it comes to performance of any kind. I think the WRX in stock form can even run with the AMG ML55's.
