aftermarket upipe/downpipe/exhaust without ECU tuning?
I'm planning on going UTEC, but i want to know is it safe to run with no cats and no ecu tuning/ engine management?

i'm curious if i should get an upipe to finish removing all cats first, and then get a UTEC, or engine management before i run the upipe.

the reason for this is because i'm wondering if it would damage my car to run no cats without tuning it

You won't have any problems. You just won't see near the gains that you would with tuning. From what i've read it's probably not a good idea to do an intake or bigger turbo without tuning, but you'll be fine with just the exhaust.
