AEM pulley kit for WRX only includes alternator pulley?

AEM pulley kit for WRX only includes alternator pulley?
Is this true? I ordered a Tru-Power pulley kit from RevHighOnline, but when get it in the mail it the only pulley in the box was an alternator. The power steering wheel was missing. I asked a RevHigh representative where the other half of my kit was and he says that AEM only offers an upgrade for the alternator. Did I get jipped?
