AEM Intake Carb-Exempt?

I had a simple question. Recently i removed my AEM intake after about a year and a half because i got the ECUtek. I did not install it however.

On the intake i do not see any carb-exempt sticker. Should there be a sticker on in it since they claim they are carb-exempt? Are these things removable?

Thanks,

Does anybody have an AEM intake with a carb-exempt sticker on it? I am really curious as to why mine does not. On there website they mention the intakes being 50 state legal
http://www.aempower.com/product_intake_app.asp

Even though i do not have it on anymore, just want to be aware if somebody may have tampered with removing the sticker or maybe it just never came with one.
