02 Wagon Boost level. and upgrade need help

hi guys, i have just got my 02 wrx wagon 3 months ago, and so far i got K&N cold air intake and HKS cat back exhaust on it(came with the car), when i boost it, i have only see 7-8 psi or sometimes can get 9.5 psi, i have search around the web, most people saids wagon only get from 6-7 and the sedan can get about 13-14.
Question:
1. Can I upgrade my turbo to VF34 or VF39 or tune my stock turbo up to make it up to 13 PSI?
2. Does my engine can be able to hold 13-14 psi of pressure and with out blowing it out?
3. Does any others here have a Wagon and it runs the 6-7 PSI? is that normal for a Wagon? and how much HP does the stock Wagon have?

please help me out for those question. my car really running damn stupid. I have race with a stock EVO 9 MR, he only beat me about 3/4 car space, my front bumper right beside his rear wheels in 1 traffic light. but i feeling my car is not running right, A wrx wagon should not be that fast right? this coming satuday i am going to have the shop check out my ECU and most of the blah blah blah of my baby, see is there the last owner did some crazy mod in it. alright guys, that is pretty much of what i know about my car, i wanna hear from you guys as much as possible of what you think. thx.

hmmm. i think I should just go ahead for a MBC, set it to 15PSI, then if my guage should be able to read about 13-15 PSI. otherwise, i take it to deal after MBC try.

well if your stock td04 is boosting already 13psi and you have a leak or something and you spike it up to 13 w/MBC is bad. you have 7 now so diff of 6 PLUS 13 could mean your td04 might be made ti run 19PSI
go get the car checked out before messing with it
