Just get a freaking AEM EMS, it uses a laptop running the software to tune...

Bah, there is XEDE, LINK, TEC III, Autronics and more. UTEC is simply one of the better budget piggybacks out there. And what the heck do you mean USB ports? UTEC is all Serial.
