Tune again when adding pulley?

I'm currently running a stage 2 and I want to add a Perrin Pulley, would I need to tune it again? Is there any noticeable difference in power? thanks guys

there are specific modifications you can do to your car without tuning while you are on the Cobb AP assuming that is what you are using:

crank pulley (what you have)
walbro fuel pump
one step colder spark plugs
spt intake/cobb intake (maybe)

with my perrin pulley i noticed a quicker throttle response and it is supposed to gain some power.
