stage 2

do i need to remove my hks smf intake in order to run stage 2 map? cause on cobb website it says stock intake only. should i be taking it off then?

im running stage2 on my05 wrx (2.0L) with an apexi intake, runs good for me. i also had a stock intake (from an 03) for a while with my stage2, didnt notice any difference between the two, cept the turbo noies incar...im sure u'll be fine

they tell you not to use any other intake because of the potential that it MIGHT cause you to lose power, and while you dont gain any power from running it unless you're tuned for it, 8 times out of 10 it wont cause any harm.
i like the whhhhhhhhhh--pshhhhhhh that it makes and isnt too loud like an atmospheric bov(which i hate) but just right
