timl, where did you get the wideband o2 sensor? i am having trouble locating one.

i installed my autometer a/f gague with the stock o2 sensor and it is indeed useless. how well does the wideband o2 sensor work for you?

Yes, it is correct that there will be extra wires left over. we just installed one in a dsm and the directions were confusing at first, but it all makes sense in the end... I can't remember a purple wire, but I think there was a pink one. Is that the one you were wondering about? Because one of the ecu wires you cut and use two of the afc wires as an input and output. Not like the two grounds that are both just tapped into to the ecu ground about a half inch apart...
