Mike Shields has been tuning Subaru's for a long time. He is part of only a handful of places that offered performance parts for Subaru's even in the mid to late 90's.

I would trust his tuning knowledge and his recomendations for my own vehicle. I'm looking forward to checking out his shop and meeting the guy very soon.

Mike is pretty much right for the most part.... The money you would spend on intake, headers, an exhaust sytem, and engine internals would have set you back some $2000+ dollars and for what? You would be no faster then a stock WRX.

Of course for an EJ25, the gains you would have will be significant, just not as good as going with an engine swap.

Then again putting a turbokit on an EJ25.. Whoa now that is some power. Of course price is a factor on those as well.

Look at your options, there are a ton and each have setbacks of some type.

Sure it could. But it's not cheap.
