Question misfiring system questions

I was looking for info on misfiring systems (anti-lag system) and I was wondering if they are street legal and the pros and cons. I found very little information so I'm assuming that it's either not cheap or street legal or both. If anyone knows about this please let me know. thanks

from my understanding a misfiring system is great if you have the money to rebuild your engine all the time. a misfiring system if i'm not mistaken prematures the life of the engine.
so yeah you lose some lag but you pay more to maintain it

anti-lag systems are mainly for race applications and cause a lot of wear on the engine and turbo. Besides that, they're extremely loud and make the car a lot harder to drive... deffinately for street use.

Thanks
