Do you have stand alone ECU? what kind of ECU you have?
If you do have stand alone, then you might need to take it to the manufacture or a tuner to read the error codes because only manufacture know when the check engine light is programmed to comes on.

I suspect one of the sensors. MAF sensor, ISCV, or TPS.

Check if there is a leak in the hoses too. IC hoses and vacuum hoses. Since you have FMIC, the hoses might be coming loose.

What is the ISCV? That's a new one for me.

ISCV is IdleSpeedControlValve.
It controls how much air bypasses the Throttlebody when idling (TB closed but engine running)

TPS is ThrottlePositionSensor

These 2 sensors are around TB

on 2002 WRX,
ISCV should have 3 wires coming out. White, Red, and Black with white stripe.
TPS should have 3 wires too.
Yellow with Green stripe, Black with green stripe, and Red

I had the same thing happen to me after I did some tuning on the link ecu, it was the tps. I have it set at "9" well at idle, I had it at "0" and that is when I had the jecking around. I felt like I didn't know how to swift.

Are you running on stock injectors with all those mods? What do you mean by having an ecu? Does that mean you have it reflashed? If it is mapped for larger injectors, you are probably running lean with the stock injectors.

I had a hard time starting my car with a Stage 4 set-up and fmic minus STi injectors. When I was able to start my car, it idled rough. I test drove it around the block and during the drive, I stalled out twice and I had knock half way back.

I suggest you upgrade your injectors and don't risk driving at all, that is if your ecu is mapped for larger injectors.
