This may not be Kosher for me to post on here, but I have to ask how this is so cheap? If you're actually using OEM parts with part#'s from the dealer, the parts alone should be $560 with Tax. If this is all true, I should schedule my clutch jobs at your place, sit & wait and make almost the same $$$ as I would if I would have done it myself

Hello Adam,

We have never been introduced, I am sammy. As for the parts in question we use Exedy which is the OE manufacturer for Subaru. We do about 15-20 cars a week on clultch alone. We are able to offer such deals once in a while to consumers.

I may also add that this deal has only been offered to Subaru folks and only on i-club. this forum has been very good to us and we are offering this as a thank you. after all we both know that this could not possibly be just for money.

I hope this clarifies any immediate concerns you might have if you would like me to address any further concerns, it may be appropriate for you to call me instead of posting on a forum as a matter of professional courtesy.

Sincerely
Sammy

Good price... My install was $425 for labor and $180 for my exedy oem clutch.

Dude, you're getting "ripped off"... but I'm assuming you're not paying retail at a dealership, right? I have a wholesale account with Exedy as well (my discount is not as good as FIA's because of the volume difference), and cost on the OEM replacement clutch w/ bearings is in line with the post above this one. Taking that into consideration and the labor rate of ~ $400 for a WRX/STI clutch change, a $600 installed price definitely is a very good, but not insane or unfathomable, price.

Jeremy

Edit: btw, I'm assuming this is non-STI WRX only, as the cost of the OEM STI clutch is about twice as much... at least it is for me.

Thank you all for your support. It is just that we are trying to offer an affordable deal to people who are tight on budget. I know many kids going to school and own these cars they cannot possibly pay 8- 900 for just a clutch change. Besides out standard rate is 699 we just knocked off a 100 dollars.

Again thank you for all of your support and patronage.

Sammy
