do you need to tune for a lightened flywheel on an otherwise stock motor car and what are the gains....

I had one on an NA car but never an FI car.

Hello,

You do not need to tune for that. A lightened flywheel means less reciprocating mass on the engine. The benefits are that the engine revs more freely and will have a bit less drivetrain power loss.
