With months of testing, developing, and designing, Agency Power has completed the best GT35R complete turbo kit for your Subaru WRX or STI vehicle. This turbo kit is a bolt on high horsepower solution to your 2.0L or 2.5L car. The AP big GT35R turbo kit is designed to maximize performance for street, drag, or the ultimate road racing needs.

The kit includes all T304 stainless steel piping that is TIG welded and thick flanges. Piping includes a new 3" downpipe that will fit to your aftermarket or factory exhaust, a new uppipe to work with the factory style headers, a wastegate dump pipe, and a new intake pipe with MAF mount for perfect readings. The Garrett GT35R turbo is a complete ball bearing turbine that has a .63a/r for fast spool up and includes an 84 trim wheel. The turbo is both oil and water cooled. Agency Power supplies the necessary steel braided Teflon lines and Rubber hoses need to fit the factory connections. We also include a Tial 38mm wastegate to control pressure for maximum boost needs. The intake functions with a reusable K&N cone air filter. A stamped bracket is included to keep the intake pipe firm in place. Silicone couplers are available in red to connect the necessary piping. The kit includes an intercooler adapter pipe which connects from the compressor of the turbo to the intercooler piping. We have tested the kit with the APS, TurboXS, Perrin, and OEM top and front mount intercoolers. Lastly all stainless steel hardware is included to bolt the turbo kit together keeping it hassle for free for the life of it on the car.

The Agency Power GT35R turbo kit is designed to make over 500 wheel horsepower on race gas and over 400 wheel horsepower on pump gas as tested on the STI. The WRX will produce less horsepower on the stock motor. All numbers vary depending on car modifications, tuning, and environment. This turbo is custom designed to spool up at around 4000rpm's to give the best horsepower response throughout the powerband. The turbo is capable or running 30psi and greater of boost, however we recommend many modifications to ensure the safety of the motor.

We recommend having the following parts: Front Mount Intercooler, ECU, Fuel Pump, Injectors, Fuel Rails, Catback Exhaust. Other recommended parts would be to upgrade your clutch, flywheel, shifter, radiator, and other related parts.

Continually analyzing ways to improve power on the Subaru Turbo vehicle can be challenging. Many Subaru owners want their turbo cars to spool up quicker and still deliver great horsepower and torque gains. With the new Agency Power equal length header this is absolutely possible. By implementing the equal length tubing and merged collector, Agency Power is able to improve your turbo spool up by 300rpm. When testing this on header on an upgraded turbo vehicle, we were able to see gains on a Mustang Dyno of up to 30ft/lbs of torque and 20 wheel horsepower. With quicker turbo spool, both 60ft and ¼ mile times were improved upon at the drag strip. Because of the free flowing design of this header, you will see gains across the entire RPM range as exhaust flow is vastly improved.

The construction of the equal length header features polished 321 stainless steel. The header has CNC machined ½ inch thick flanges and includes everything you need to bolt directly on to your Subaru turbo vehicle (see fitment notes below). Because of the equal length design, this will cause you to lose the distinct Subaru engine sound for a smoother exhaust note. The header fits all Subaru WRX, STI, Legacy GT, and Forester XT. Some modifications to the factory oil filter, oil pan, and/or oil cooler may be required depending on your year. Some years the header will bolt directly up with no issues.

Completely polished, the uppipe uses 1/2 inch thick flanges for maximum strength connecting to your factory or Agency Power aftermarket header. The AP uppipe includes a new gasket and bolts to connect to the header. The top side of the uppipe connecting to the turbo includes new exhaust studs for a secure fit to the factory or aftermarket turbo. We recommend purchasing an OEM gasket when installation. The all TIG welded uppipe includes a bung for your factory or aftermarket EGT gauge.

The uppipe is designed to replace the catalytic converter in the WRX and increase air velocity in the STI which has no cat. By replacing the uppipe, you gain faster turbo spool, quicker throttle response, and a increase of almost 10 wheel horsepower. With a complete line up to make your Subaru the best in it competition, Agency Power has just released their all new Racing Downpipe. This downpipe fits all Subaru WRX or STI cars from 2002 and up. The downpipe is full stainless steel with a cast bell mouth upper section. The thich flanges ensure a tight and strong seal. The downpipe deletes both your catalytic converters and bolts to all factory style turbos. The downpipes precision welds and polished piping give the AP Racing Downpipe that cutting edge. Each downpipe includes a bung for an aftermarket air/fuel sensor as well as a bung for the factory O2 sensor.

When adding an Agency Power Racing Downpipe to your Subaru WRX or STI, you will gain more horsepower and overall performance. The downpipe allows for better flow of the turbine and wastegate gasses. Unlike the factor downpipe that blocks the wastegate gasses from being released in an efficient manner, the AP downpipe has a large bell mouth which allows for both to flow smoothly out and down the pipe. The 3 inch diameter piping is the perfect size for the turbo cars from stock hp to 500 whp. The bellmouth will also allow for a little boost increase since there is less restriction. Mate this downpipe up with your aftermarket catback exhaust or one of our Agency Power catbacks for an amazing sound and almost 25 wheel horsepower gain.

Turbo cars need more air flow to make more power. Not only is air flow important, but how that air gets into your cars motor is an essential factor. With vehicle computers becoming more and more advanced, precision engineered products are necessary to optimize performance. Focused on quality, function, and style, Agency Power has developed this intake kit for the new 2008 and up Subaru WRX or STI.

This intake kit is sold as a cold air setup. The kit features a CNC aluminum MAF sensor mount on our intake tube with built in fins to keep air flow laminar. The intake kit includes a 5ply AP silicone coupler with clamps for easy install. To keep the cool air separated from the engine heat, Agency Power has developed this heat shield which mounts to factory chassis locations from the front crash beam to the fender. The high flow K&N cone air filter securely clamps in place to the short ram or cold air extension tube. The heat shields are powder coated in a textured black finish and the intake tubes are done in wrinkle red to match the STI intake manifolds.

Tested on a Mustang all wheel drive dyno, the Agency Power intake kit was installed on a 2008 Subaru WRX Sedan. The kit gained approximately 10 horsepower and ft/lbs of torque. At the peak horsepower point of 5000 rpm’s, the intake kit made almost 20 wheel horsepower. The intake kit fits all 2008 and up Subaru WRX and STI vehicles.

Agency Power highly recommends tuning your factory ECU when using any intake system larger than stock. This will allow for the highest power gain and prevent any operating issues.

AEM is proud to introduce its new Cold Air Induction System for the 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX and WRX STI (part # 21-478WR). The largest power gains for the 21-478WR (tested on STI) are 36 horsepower at 5,300 RPM and 35 lbs/ft of torque at 5,300 RPM as measured on Harman Motive’s All-Wheel-Drive Mustang Dynamometer. The same kit tested on a WRX model generated 13 horsepower at 5,500 RPM and 14 lbs/ft of torque at 4,100 RPM on Harman Motive’s All-Wheel-Drive Mustang Dynamometer. Dyno results and a description of AEM’s dyno and temperature testing procedures, along with a list of applications, are available on the company’s website at AEM.
AEM Cold Air intakes are dyno-tested against the competition to deliver unsurpassed performance. Each system is tuned on the dyno to deliver maximum torque and horsepower, and monitor OBDII sensors, Mass Airflow sensor (MAF) signal voltage and fuel trims during this process to ensure that all readings are within OEM parameters, eliminating the chance of a throwing a check engine light.

All Cold Air intakes are constructed of CNC, mandrel-bent 6063 aluminum, and feature reinforced, TIG-welded brackets and fittings for maximum durability. AEM also includes a heavy-duty steel heatshield with a powdercoated black finish, a complete hardware kit and comprehensive installation instructions with every Cold Air intake system. The 21-478WR comes in a special wrinkle-red finish specifically for the Subaru Impreza models. In addition of the standard 6063-aluminum pipe, AEM includes a built-in air straightener for this application, which keeps CELs away and fuel trims in line with the factory.

Cosworth EJ25 (STI) short block has gone through countless hours of dyno evaluation to determine the best combination of parts to guarantee maximum reliable performance. Each EJ25 short block starts with a brand new Subaru case. The case is inspected and then the bores are honed to perfection to receive Cosworth Forged Pistons. We then balance the rotating assembly that includes a new STI Forged crank and Cosworth Forged H-Beam Connecting Rods to within .5 gram. The select parts are professionally assembled by one of Cosworth’s skilled engine builders using our own coated, tri metal race spec bearings.

High performance engines reject a substantial amount of heat through the oil system. Maintaining oil pressure along with an increase in actual volume will help dissipate heat and stabilize oil temperatures. Additionally, sustained High RPM use may cause oil starvation at the rod and main bearings. Increasing the oil volume will help to prevent bearing damage and engine failure. The NEW Cosworth High Volume Subaru EJ20/EJ25 series oil pump utilizes a completely new inner and outer 12mm rotor to increase volume by 20%.
