This is for the hardcores racers amongst you. We are now offering ISF treatment for the following components:

CAM SHAFTS
CRANK SHAFTS

TRANSMISSION GEARS
SYNCHROS AND MISC..

Benefits are proven in the F1 racing , Nascar and many other pro series. The process which is a chemical process removes the peaks from the surface. RA's on these can be lowered to zero and 4's and 2 are very common. Significant gains are in the improved torque curve and hp gains on recently tested sti were approx 15hp to the wheels and all of this due to friction reduction. We will have cams shafts and treated Mahle pistons with Carillo rods available soon. Please pm me if you have any questions or concerns.

I woould also like to encourage you to do some reserach on the process and applictions that benefit. Turn arround time for a complete engine and transmission internals ISF treatment and cryo treatment for casings is about 4 weeks that does not include re assembly. Material loss is 1/1000 or less and if you are building motors which exceed stock capacity please confirm with your engine builder.

We also will be offering a complete Race motor with Tomei , Cams, Cosworth Valve train, Carrilo Rods, Mahle pistons, ISF treated internals and Cryo casings. The cost will be 12000.00 with the heads , excluding all manifolds and gaskets. Our protype will be debut by this summer and serious buyers will be allowed a track day test drive in our test car.
