Exhaust:
Invidia N1 Exhaust
Engineered with advanced technology, Invidia uses computerized mandrel-bent to give the exhaust the straightest possible line from the cat-back to the tip with the least amount of bens, CNC machine flanges for strong solid support, and robot TIG weld for piping, performance mufflers, and tip to improved strength and durability.
Has a resonator, flex section, and comes with a removable inner silencer to reduce noise levels.


GReddy EVO 2

HKS Carbon Ti
Special Edition HKS Carbon / Titanium Hi-Power Exhaust systems are available for certain popular applications. These exclusive versions of the Hi-Power Exhaust consist of a carbon fiber wrapped stainless muffler shell, a 120mm titanium tip, and polished stainless steel piping.


HKS Hi-Power
Inspired and designed from endurance and GT racing in Japan, HKS developed its Hi-Power Exhaust system for both turbocharged and naturally aspirated applications. HKS has incorporated this new race inspired offset muffler and piping design into many street applications, which offers a greater flow and higher-PRM power gains due to the less restrictive design. This is achieved by eliminating unnecessary bends for the straightest exhaust path.
For turbocharged applications, the large and smooth exhaust flow allows greater exhaust velocity for better mid-range boost response and high-RPM power. Hi-Power Exhaust systems are made from SUS304 stainless steel muffler and tip assemblies.


Injen Crosspipe
Injen's done it again with the first affordable cross over pipe for the WRX. This is exactly what your WRX/STi needs to realize your turbo's potential. The crosspipe is built from T304 Stainless Steel tubing throughout, maximizing exhaust flow from cylinders 1 and 4 to the manifold collector, more for faster turbo response. It also incorporates a stainless steel braided flex pipe for added durability. Will fit all Subaru 2.5L turbo engines with factory manifolds. 57mm piping diameter. Ti-Tek Flex Uppipe
TiTek Innovations polished uppipe is made of SUS304 stainless just like our downpipes and have increased rigidity through the flex joint, which also aids for a much easier install. This piece is precisely tig welded with an EGT sensor bung. This uppipe will help increase in a quicker response for turbo spooling and increased horsepower throughout the power band. Includes all necessary hardware (gaskets, nuts, bolts).


Turbos:
Before purchasing a turbocharger for your vehicle we recommend contacting your tuner and finding the turbocharger that best fits your needs.

FP Subaru 16G/EVO3 16G/18G
This water cooled direct fit TD05H-18G-7cm2 turbocharger has a compressor flow rating of 600cfm and an unheard of compressor effeciency of 75%! This makes it the perfect low cost easy install option for your 330whp 2.5 or even 2.0 Subaru project. Smaller 16g or E316g wheels can be selected to give better spool on the 2.0 engine.
The inlet and outlet flanges of the turbocharger are a perfect match for the stock flanges and high quality carbon steel studs are included so you don't have to scramble for hardware during installation.
The compressor inlet of the turbocharger is 2.4", so it is directly compatible with the factory air inlet tube and doesn't require expensive aftermarket intake tubes to install. The 2.4" inlet is ASME spec bell machined to maximize laminar flow into the compressor wheel to reduce inlet turbulence and improve compressor efficiency.
The FP18G comes fitted with brand new coolant lines and an 8psi wastegate actuator. The oil inlet thread is 10mm x 1.5mm just like stock, the water threads are 14mm x 1.5 , and the oil drain tube comes pre-fitted as well!


FP Suabru 20G
The FP2006 or FPWRX20G features a 44lb minute compressor and huge TDO6H turbine wheel. The FPWRX20G typically produces 350-380WHP with astounding spool up response and efficiency.
The FPWRX20G's 7cm ported exhaust housing retains the stock Subaru flange patterns. An internal wastegate is standard on the FP20G with an adjustable 15psi high pressure actuator and is capable of filling the Subaru motor with over 25 psi of boost if called upon. Install is simple and straightforward, allowing use of existing exhaust and intercooler components.
This 20g turbo offers similar pump gas performance to our FPGreen model, while reducing the boost threshold by a couple hundred RPM due to its slightly smaller compressor wheel. These slightly smaller lower interia rotating components benefit applications where pump gas is the primary fuel used and boost pressures do not exceed 22psi. Applications requiring higher power output above 22psi would select the FPGreen model over this 20G.
This unit operates very effectively in the 18-25psi range on the 2.5 STi engine, but is slightly lower in maximum power output on race gas (boost above 22psi) compared to our FPGreen model. Many daily driver applications will find that the slight reduction in boost threshold is more than a fair trade for the slightly lower power output on race gas that they never plan on running anyway.
Porting, new coolant lines and internal wastegate are already included in the price of this turbocharger and do not result in additional charges!

FP Subaru Green
The FPGreen features a 49lb minute compressor and huge TDO6 turbine wheel. The FPGreen typically produces 400-450 WHP with astounding spool up response and efficiency. The term "Green Model" or "Green turbo" are trademark protected terms used to describe this specific combination of turbocharger components which includes our proprietary thrust bearing system. Forced Performance designed, developed and manufactured this unique combination of parts. The term "Green Turbo" is not similar to the term "VF34". You can get a "VF34" anywhere, and they are all the same since IHI makes them. The "Green Model" is different. They are manufactured by Forced Performance Inc. in our 6000 square foot facility in McKinney Texas. Forced Performance Inc. is the sole source for the "Green Model" turbocharger. Nothing beats the original.
The FPGreen's 7cm ported exhaust housing retains the stock Subaru flange patterns. An internal wastegate is standard on the FPGreen with an adjustable 15psi high pressure actuator and is capable of filling the Subaru motor with over 30 psi of boost if called upon. Install is simple and straightforward, allowing use of existing exhaust and intercooler components. This turbo features a 2.4" compressor housing inlet as standard spec or an optional 3" cover can be selected for those intending to run 3" air inlet tubes such as the Perrin tube.
Like all Forced Performance Mitsubishi race turbos, the FPGreen is fitted with FP's proprietary severe duty bearing system which increases surface area to deal with the loads of high boost pressure found in racing applications. No other vendor can offer this thrust bearing system. Forced Performance also carries stainless steel high flow oil feed lines to complete your installation.
For those of you that run 3" air inlet tubes for your turbochargers, we can now offer the FPGreen model with the 3" inlet compressor housing. This has shown to significantly reduce lag and deliver more whp by reducing the PR the compressor section must operate at to achieve a given boost pressure. The corresponding reduction in turbine back pressure is the key to this improvement.


Fuel System:

PE Injectors
PE offers “top feed” and “side feed and the multi spray ports injectors. The 1 & 2 spray port paterns, depending on the engine's intake port system are PWR's unique designs. A typical hi-efficient DOHC 4 valve engine has two port intakesystem which the PWR two spray port injector can be greatly benefited. Multi spray port injectors are designed for higher level of combustion by avoiding atmized fuel hit on the wall of a intake port and flowing in dropplets. The injector sprays fuel in 150-200 microns on the back of a valve head without hitting against the wall of a intake port. When the injector size becomes larger the mentioned problem become worse, but PWR developed unique two ports injectors to minimise the inefficiency for many of today's engine applications. The fact is when it's compared to the same amount of fuel passing through the PWR big injectors and the out put horse power for any engine, none of other injectors can compete.


TOMEI 740cc Fuel Injectors
When upgrading to higher power levels, stock fuel injectors are short lived as they simply cannot deliver enough fuel to safely run more power. These injectors are engineered and designed to flow larger amounts of fuel to keep up with the demand as airflow increases. Injectors are precision made and have exceptional calibration directly from the factory.


STi Pink 565cc Injectors
The STI 565cc injectors are OE Subaru high-performance injectors found on the high horsepower STI, STI-RA, and S202 Impreza models. These injectors are factory rated at 525cc but because of the common under-rating system of Japanese manufacturers, these injectors have been independently tested to flow 565cc. We recommend the use of these injectors for applications of 240whp-300whp. A very good compliment for all IHI VF-series turbos on 02-05 WRX.


Walbro 255lph Fuel pump
Essential for modified vehicles requiring more fuel than the stock injectors can provide, when upgrading injectors it is always recommended to add a high pressure fuel pump.


Shortblocks:

Subaru OEM EJ257 Short Block
This is a genuine Subaru EJ257 2.5 liter shortblock. This shortblock is standard equipment on the 2004+ US Market STi. The 2.5 liter block makes a great upgrade for all WRX models, since there is no replacement for displacement. The US STi block features a semi-closed deck for increased strength. This motor is physically a bolt-in for all US-market WRX and STi models.
