Badfish - The package looks like it would run you about $550.00-$600.00 depending on the exchange rate and freight to get them here. The freight would be included in the price to get them here and the additional freight to get them from me to you. I does inlcude a few more pieces that i added because i figured you would want them to match to be all JDM. The parts included in the kit would be:

Center Radio bezel with AC vents
Cup Holder (JDM has a cup holder in the center panel)
RH and LH outer vents
Shift trim with Ash tray
Hazard switch
AC Trim panel
3 outer **** rings
3 inner *****

These items would take about 2 weeks to get special ordered from Japan. Let me know if you would like to order them

Couple things

I believe the 05 Forester STI has the dash cup holder

And the 06 is the same as the USDM layout. (Radio center position).

The 05 layout would requre new radio brackets as well Is this correct- If so I'd rather get the 06 dash

Badfish- Here are the price break down for you. On the AC trim panel i only show the '05 with a production date thru 10-2005 seperate. All the other items for the '06 have a production date of 11-2005-on. I think this might mean that the trim on the 2006 is only available as an assembly. I have looked at the USDM catalog and it is the same way. The trim panel by itself stops in 2005. I dont know if you would be able to use the 2005 trim panel with the 2006 or make it work.

Center Radio bezel with AC vents - $120.00
Shift trim with Ash tray - $125.00
Hazard switch - $29.00
AC Trim panel - 2005 model $160.00, 2006 assembly $530.00 (comes with controller, 3 ****, and 3 rings and trim panel.)
3 outer **** rings $18.00 each
3 inner ***** - $25.00 each

These are rough estimates, they could vary a little with the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
