um...we aren't fighting a war on islam, and the percentage of muslims that are NOT terrorists is far greater. It would be an insult to every moderate muslim i guess - I don't have a whole lot of sympathy for that particular religion, but i could imagine that it would ingnite all sorts of bull**** that the government doesn't want to deal with.

These Islamic extremists would attack on Christmas day if they had the chance but we won't. Why? Because we need to be the respectful good-guy in this situation. We cannot win the hearts of the non-extremist Islamic community by attacking on Ramadan… doing otherwise wouldn’t make us any better than the terrorists. Do I really need to spell this out?
