Stumped after clutch replacement

I have recently installed an ACT 6-puck clutch and pressure plate(with new pilot bushing and throwout bearing) into my 04 STi. I double checked all my connections and attempted to start the vehicle. It doesn't, it just clicks like the starter is bad or battery is dying. I pulled the starter and had it tested, it works fine. I have checked all my connections and grounds multiple times. I then proceeded to turn the engine by hand by putting a 22mil socket on the main pulley and the engine won't turn. I can move the car in neutral, but not in any gear.
The only thing I can think of is if I bound the flywheel up when I mated the tranny. The flywheel was spinning freely when I torqued down the flywheel(it was resurfaced) and the pressure plate. I am going to start to remove the tranny again tomorrow and retrace my steps. Any input/advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

When I turn the key to the ignition to the on position everything on the car turns on including the headlights. I even tried to jump start it. I will take the battery to get tested today just in case.

Thanks.

I had the battery tested and it checked out fine. I beginning to wonder if it is possible to push out the pilot bearing and having it wedge in the flywheel teeth.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

It was the dust shield under the transmission. I must have bent it against the flywheel when I mated the tranny.
