Strange noise from rear of '06 STI

From mile #1, I have had this noise that suddenly appears at 90MPH under light throttle. It more or less doens't exist unless you are cruising at that speed with a steady throttle. If you take your foot off the gas at 95MPH and let it coast down, there is no noise. It also doesn't happen if you accelerate through 90MPH on the way to something higher. The noise seems to be coming from the rear. It happens with the stock tires and with my Dunlop 3D snows too. (although I think it may be louder with the snows) The problem with getting the dealer to look at these things is that they don't want to drive the car that fast or be a passenger at that speed. It is hard to believe that this noise could be normal. It cuts right through the stereo when it is up somewhat loud.
