Heard rumors the factory STi can only handle 350whp. If so, what can I do to beef it up?

well I have 350whp with my stock wrx trany......12k and still shifting smooth, with many track and drag days.

I have been in a 550whp 06 sti and it had no issues at all...and he dries the **** out of it
