I cant wait to try out the new gears.
and how's it working for you?

my buddy sells toyotas and he says that the average ability of the stick driver is very limited. I think it has something with being able to pass your test in an auto and then drive a stick without further instruction. The stories I hear of crunched gears and kangaroo-juice pull offs are funny.

Car Info: 2005 Focus, soon 06 STI
This is not good to hear i have to say, i am looking to get the 06 STI with in a month, last thing i need is problems with the car making just enough to pay for the damn thing itself. I really see this as driver error myself. As of right now i am running a %100 stock 2005 ZX4 5 speed @ 19K and i kick the crap out of this car with little problem. The only problem i have ever had was when i got the car (13k or so) i took off at far to high of an RPM (Driver error) and the clutch slipped. when i got the car i did just about everything wrong when it came down to driving a stick so this really shocks me, i can tell you from past cars fords dont hold up like a subaru so what is going on here..
