Given my druthers, I would just go for the Redline D4 ATF. Unless you are using your vehicle for some heavy duty racing, hauling or other hard usage, the High Temp stuff would be a waste of money. Any time you switch from a petroleum based product to a synthetic one, you get instant benefits that surpass the OEM or petro based product could give. This is a win-win situation. Some may say 'Go for the Hight Temp' but you need to consider how much it will cost you are you going to get the full benefit from going to it. For Redline, some local parts stores, the CSK family comes to mind, may carry it. If not, check you phone book. Redline also sells their products through indy dealers and wholesalers.
