It's not a Recall but a TSB, however a lot of people have had it replaced. Me included and I have 65K miles on my RS, it was documented at 30K though. Find a better dealer is what I think.

Not sure about your question. I had no problem myself. Once I discovered the TSB was out I went to my dealer and they changed the clutch that day. Others have had problems w/ their dealer not wanting to do the work so they just went and took their business to another dealer.
