Unhappy question about my blown transmission

i launched in first gear around 4500rpm then when i dropped the clutch it lurched foward but after that all i hear is revving after that..it was hard to get out of 1st gear i had to hold the clutch down and take both of my hands and pry it out into neutral..tried to put into 2nd then after that got stuck too...third was ok just a little notchy feeling thru 5th and reverse..but after that, 3rd-5 was hard to get into after a while..WHAT GEARS DID I STRIP GUYS??? OR WAS IT SYNCHROS I BLOWN? although i do hear something loose in my transmission when idling and its loud..thanks..
