"New" Short Shifters
I noticed a couple of "newer" short shifters and was curious if anyone had tried them? I need one for my '04 WRX. Sorry, I tried searching and checked the review section, but couldn't find much on these 2 models...
1. Kit from B&M Racing:

2. from www.GoFastBits.com (It's a slightly different design but sorry the shifter doesn't show up on their website. I saw it on a PDF catalog I got from a vendor...)
If anyone has any thoughts, I appreciate it. Both of these are a little more pricey than the most, about $125-$150 depending on vendor. Would the bushings be beneficial with these kits too?
Thanks,
Fishman.

Car Info: 1991 240sx Fastback
I have the kart boy shifter(w/ bushings) in my 04 wagon and its way worth the money. I also have a B&M SS in my 91 240sx and it is of the highest quality, really I have never used a better shifter. It was over a hundred dollars more then the kartboy and for every day driving like I do in my rex I would take the kartboy if I had to do it again. If the car is going to be a race car only then full on B&M.
