Question Light Weight flywheel CEL

Anyone know if there is a way to get rid of the CEL when you use a light weight flywheel or which flywheel will not cause a CEL??

It was to my understanding anything under 12lbs.The SPT flywheel is 12.9lbs so i doubt Subaru would back this if it were to cause CEL's.Also herd that using a lightned flywheel with a lightned crank pulley will cause problems as well. Some said the CEL's will go away after time.Maybe an ECU reset needs to be done after its installed?

Actually the ACT streetlite flywheels are 13.9lbs.Its often mis-advertised from vendors. Its stated as 13.9 on their website and i emailed them about it.Its not a bad thing at all though.I'm glad it is a little heavier. The stock is like 22lbs.

U get a phantom"misfire" code. It's weird because it doesn't happen to all cars. And to the ones it does sometimes it will go away and sometimes you have to reset the ECU.I would just reset the ECU when you install the flywheel to let the engine re-learn with it.
