Question The exhausted clutch shudder problem

I just purchased an '02 WRX and have the infamous clutch shudder problem when cold.

Any streetable solutions that are commonly done? (the car is completely OEM, minus a filter)

The car is out of warranty and I plan on doing any major work to it myself, so comments from those that have gone through it would be most valuable.

Thanks.
