NYS inspection
i was wondering if a 1997 ver3 STi front clip would pass NYS inspection in a 1999 2.5rs. this is a JDM engine. thanks

this is just what ive been told but it isnt sapossed to pass if the engine is older then the car but im new about tho whole rules to check the nys inpection laws to find out
