hope every one that has been to turlock subaru and knows me "jerry" will be happy to know that in about a week i will be at sonora subaru and i will agree that andy is one of the better service managers you will find and mike is always very helpful.

 

Mike is a badass. He has a rad chopper.

and on the problem i had with turlock was with that damn keyless entry remote, i was trying to program it.

one guy (dont remember who might have been sales) came out, told me... do this, blah blah blah its in you manual

i did, it didnt work, he tried... didnt work, then he told me to hang on... and i sat there and no one came back asked were he was? need help? waited... "crickets"... left.

Yea Turlock Subaru is going to be missed . I bought my car at Livermore Subaru and they lick HUGE *****, crapy customer service always making you kick rocks and ignoring every problem your car had. I took my car to Turlock and they fixed the problem without questions just like champs and everyone there made you feel like home, and like jmpnjimbo said we knew each other by name. I wish it was Livermore Subaru closing instead of Turlock. Thanx to everyone who worked at TURLOCK SUBARU.

Sucks this place is gone. I bought an 08 STi from Jerry the sales guy. He hooked me up with a really good price, sad to see this place go. Hope he's able to enjoy all the flying stuff we talked about .
