FS/T: 05 Mitsu Lancer Evo VIII GSR
2005 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII GSR
Electric Blue, 25,xxx miles
2.0L turbo, 5sp, AWD
$23,000 obo
Finally serious about selling my car. This has been my daily driver for the past 3 years. I drive maybe 15 miles a day, home to work (fulltime) to school (fulltime), which is why the mileage is so low. It doesn't make sense for me to have such a fine machine and not get to use it properly. That combined with the weak economy/housing slump and I am trying to free up some cash and see if I can get into a house at a nice price. The 2005 Evo's were different from the 03-04 in many ways. The 2005 have a slightly larger turbo, front LSD (rear LSD was standard on all models), and ACD (Active Center Differential, 03-04 came with an open center diff). Last tuned and dynoed by AMS @ 310hp/295tq at 19psi. Car was dynoed before the addition of cams and alcohol injection so it'll need a retune to eke out more power.
Mods:
OEM HID conversion
Full Intercooler pipes
small/light battery
AEM intake pipe with KN cone filter
turbo manifold
larger 02 housing
3" turboback exhaust
APS dual vent blow off valve
18lbs wastegate
Forge manual boost controller
full 32way adj coilovers at all corners
oil pressure, water temp and boost gauges
short throw shifter w/ aluminum shifter bushings
custom painted taillights
Comp Cams 280/280 grind
Coolingmist vari-cool trunk mounted alcohol injection kit
MR Vortex generator
Extras that come with the car:
Evo MR BBS forged rims (currently riding on OEM Enkei wheels with snow tires)
Evo IX front bumper (unpainted)
Tatrix cable so that you can fine tune the car
Greddy turbo timer
Whatever stock parts I still have lying around
I owe about $10K on the car so if you want to offer a car up for trade it'll have to be $13K'ish in worth or the equivilant of car+cash. You can take over the loan for the remaining balance or get your own. What I am looking for in trade: 1998-2001 Impreza Coupe L or a 1998-2001 coupe with a stock"ish" WRX 2.0L swap. My car isn't a rust bucket yours shouldn't be either. Must be a stick and have AC/PL/PW/ABS. That's it. Not looking for a sedan/wagon, not looking for a RS, not looking for a STI swap, not looking for a "real" WRX or STI.
Snapped these pics quick with my camera phone earlier. If you need more pics please ask.
